Transfer to Secondary School
Starting Secondary School in September 2026
The window for applications for places for current Year 6 pupils to transfer to secondary schools in September 2026 is now open. All applications must be submitted by 31st October 2025. All applications made on time will receive a school allocation notice on National Offer day, 2nd March 2026.
Secondary schools are holding open evenings and we will add below any information we receive from local schools. You can find full information about applying for a secondary school place as well as a list of dates of open evenings on the County Council’s website.
